[BUG] When you approach the scav nothing happends. Broken trigger?

I have a bug at this side mission when the trigger for get to the wounded scav doesn't work, and I just stand there and nothing happens.
It's one of the side gigs, when the guy tells a story and gives you the best narcotics night city can offer, lol
