Tech Support Question

Does CDPR normally respond to a tech support ticket with an email? Because I sent in a ticket and I never received a response.
 
You should be, I think, but security / privacy settings may be filtering them to Spam folders or such.

Also, how long has it been since you sent in the ticket? I'd normally give things like that a week then send it again.

It was a little over a week, I believe. I also checked my email folders and nothing is there.

I have however, been getting emails regarding the merch in the CDPR store for things that are out of stock. That's all I've gotten.
