That scissor looking thing at the elbow of Johnny's cyber arm

I don't know if it's a bug, glitch, or something, but it's gotta hurt a LOT whenever Johnny rests his cyber elbow on his legs (at least before he got soulkilled).

Is there a reason for that? Or is it some part of a mantis blade cyberware? I didn't know Johnny had mantis blades.

Uh... This is a very minor detail. It's just part of his elbow, part of his cyber arm. It's just flavor design. Yeah I guess it would have been a cool detail to animate Johnny so he doesn't directly push these spikes into his knee while sitting, but I don't think this question warranted a thread.
