Trapped in "I walk the Line"

After beating the boss fight and saving. The door shutters are closed and have me trapped. Cannot leave and also my other save file prior to entering the boss fight has me locked out as well without being able to encounter the boss right.

I had this problem on Xbox one X, I closed my game down an started it again, upon loading the save back up I approached the shutters and they opened
