Unable to pick up items

I can't pick up these goodies.... tried reloading and whatnot, no luck still... Before 2.0 I was able to (this is a new play through since the update) though.

I'm new to forum so cannot open new thread, so I figured I would post in the best place I could find. All info is on screen for what mission, and map shows where.

I really hope the Devs now focus on this "little" stuff that we are all coming accross seeing as though 2.0 is out.
