Started the VIOLENCE quest line, went to the club, got the information off both the Bouncer and the guy outside the club, BEFORE the club opened. Went to the club at opening time and now the quest is stuck in the "Go inside Riot and find out about Blah Blah" and its just stuck there now.
This was done after completing the main story.
Turns out this side job's progress was being blocked by another job. Complete the blocking job, and all "bugged" quests work as they should again.
Would be cool if the game could tell you which quest is the blocking one though.
