Visual Bug on next-gen

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if this visual bug only happens to me on next-gen version : every NPC occasionally get marked by this black line coming from above.
This is the first time something like this happened to me in any game, which is weird because some of them I play have higher system requirements than The Witcher 3.
This happens regardless of the graphical settings. Latest driver update is installed, verified the files on steam and tried different settings as well but nothing seems to work.
I'd appreciate any and all ideas to solve the problem.

No, i uninstalled every mod and did a full reinstall for the game as well.

Does it happen with a new playthrough as well - keep in mind that mods can affect save games. So even if you removed them they might still have an impact.

Other than that you can try reinstalling GPU drivers as explained in this article from CDPR support:

Just in case I reverted back to old-gen version and surprisingly the same bug now also happens there. Thank you for the suggestions, I think i will reach out to the Support now as you recommended.
