In PL hideout, you can actually find and activate shower.
Once you activate it, animation plays fine, you can see water trickling down your screen.
But after that if you stay in the animation, you don't actually see any droplets even if you increase screen brightness(it's too dark out).
Droplets are seen in Megabuilding shower or any other shower in game
