Wakako Gig "Getting Warmer" won't start

I'm on my last mission in Westbrook for the achievement but when I arrive to the Point-of-Interest for the "Getting Warmer" gig, Wakako never calls me. I tried doing other gigs, leaving the area, sleeping in my room, etc and nothing will get her to call me to start the gig. I even went to retrieve the item to "warm" the victim but she won't highlight for the item to be used on her (I guess because the gig isn't started). Anyone have this issue or know of a way I can get this gig started/completed?

Hoping it will get fixed, but not sure they're seeing these issues about existing saves

So, no update about this bug? Already sent the support ticket and never got a response. What a joke.
