Scalpel Tier 5 / Iconic Katana weapon reads:
While Sandevistan active, increase Crit Chance by 50%.
Shinobi Level 60 Skill reads:
When Sandevistan is active: +40% Crit Chance.
This is my base Crit Chance, with Sandevistan deactivated (27.89%):
This is my Crit Chance, with Sandevistan activated (41.89%):
41.89% represents a +50% Crit Chance increase gained by the Scalpel weapon, but no +40% Crit Chance - cumulative or additive - which the Shinobi Level 60 Skill Should provide.
Any ideas or first-hand experience would be appreciated.
Side note:
I can confirm that at least the 'No Stamina cost for any type of movement', from Shinobi Level 60 Skill, does work while Sandevistan is active.
