Why are my rewards from Gwent for Cyberpunk unavailable?

Got almost all of my rewards for Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition but not getting my rewards for playing Gwent.

Did you already unlocked them?
Because it's no longer possible as far as I know :

• Scorch and GWENT T-shirt:
  No longer available to obtain. These items are only available to use for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty players who redeemed them before December 31st, 2023. Players who did so can find these items in the stash in V’s apartment after launching the game via REDlauncher.
