it's really fun if you go into third round with 3x card advantage but an unlucky draw ( no golds, no weather removal ) and your opponent plays YenCon and RNR. Watch how every single one of your bronze cards gets zapped and your thunderbolt becomes useless xD

Other than that, it's a gold card, the problem is simply that weather as a mechanic sucks. ^^

Rag Nar Roog is one of the worst golden legendaries, since it's very situational, but takes a valuable card slot. I have around 45 hours in Gwent CBT and seen the card only a few times.

The card is definitely not OP (otherwise everyone would be using it) and, as many people noted above, can be countered by many cards, including bronze ones.

And since you are playing SK, consider using pirates (it's also a great deck thinning tool) and have a least a few other weather immune units – SK has plenty of those.
