Vrihedd Vanguard is broken

No actvation on mulligan, no activation on deploy...
Seen other topics with different cards not working...

How did it all happened with no proper hotfix?

You're the only one with this particular issue from what I could find. So, the Vanguards are not Boosting when Mulliganed or played?

Are you sure you had cards with the Elf tag on your side of the board when you tried to trigger the Vanguard's ability?

If RidiculousName's suggestions above are not the case, it sounds more like it could be a general issue with the servers, rather than a specific issue with a card. If you can get something to happen reliably, go ahead and send it into CDPR Support:

If not, try doing a verify / repair or simply uninstall and reinstall the game. Could just be data corruption somewhere.

(Incidentally, Ridiculous...what a ridiculous typo! )

Please make sure there are allied Elf units on your side of the board. It only boosts them.
I haven't seen an issue with that card in a long time.
