Switching from Pc to XBOX 360

Hi!
I've bought the game for PC on Steam, but apparently my PC is too weak for the game.
Is it possible to switch my cd-key to the XBOX360 version so I can play it there instead of my PC?
Also, is it possible to transfer my saved games?

I don't think that's possible. You can claim a free GOG version but that's still PC only.

Huh, we wish. No, it is not possible. Different systems, and Steam does not belong to MS, so you can't get a free download on XBox Live because you can't run a Steam version. Saves are not transferable as well.
