[BUG] Griffin School Techniques gives stamina regeneration +5 instead of +5%

Hey, I have a PC, patch 1.05. It seems that the bug was introduced in the patch.
Currently if you have griffin school skill then each piece of armor gives +5/s flat stamina regeneration instead of +5%.

Sure that is a new bug? Feels like it was like that before, just like the "+10%" glyphs of the signs seem to give flat +10 as well (at least for Igni). Maybe runes will work now, the + Attack Power one seems to have been fixed.

Pretty sure. I remember having something like 14.4/s (clearly, 12*1.2). And now the number is greater than 30/s.

I am pretty sure that It is like this in1.03,not introduced in 1.05
