Regarding River's quests and dialogue there are a number of missing voice lines for his calls but I also remember that some of his lines during the Hunt were also missing in 1.62, specifically as you're coming up to the market area, before exiting the car.
I've opened a ticket regarding both and while the answer is that they are aware and working on a fix for the call dialogue, they asked me for a video for the lines missing for The Hunt. Unfortunately I only have endgame saves as of right now and can't just replay the game, so if anyone could share a 1.63 video file of the conversation in question I'd gladly update the ticket with it.
