Now that I'm a proud owner of the new 4090 graphics card, the game is really dark when I'm in the areas where is no lights, so I would love to have an option to add it to some of the guns

You also have the possibility of installing a kiroshi optic that gives you night vision:

So far, CDPR has not shown any interest in adding this to the game.

After watching the trailer again, If I kill these dudes and take their weapons, maybe we can have a gun with a working flashlight

I endorse the Kiroshi Night Vision mod...it works a treat, although I think there are a few areas in the game that are dark by design and stay that way.
