Avatar Reward Didn't Unlock

Reward of unlocking an avatar is silly, but.... I'm currently rank #15 this season and for some odd reason, the alt Dandelion avatar is still locked for me. I saw that it was part of the season rewards. Is there anything I need to do to unlock it?

It's likely that the avatar reward is only unlocked at the end of the season. That would be my educated guess. I also still haven't received the avatar.

Hello guys! First of all I would like to thank you for the great game as this is my first post here. I am a PS4 player and I would like to signal an issue in regards to the avatar reward. Right now I am rank 19 ( around 4000 points ). By now the Dandelion avatar ( reward from rank 15 ) should be available. The avatar is still locked. What should I do in order to have it. My user name in the game is Tric0t3z. Thank you.
