After I resucured Myers, I found a blank item appears in my inventory. It has no icon or name and I can dismantle it. So I use the save editor and found its ID "Items.w_rifle_assault_tsunami_kyubi_rcv1". This item always appear each time I load the save. I've tried remove the mods or delete it useing save editor, but it doesn't work.
