Bug Annihilation Skill

I'm level 17 and only play with shotgun but I still don't have the Annihilation skill at all.I only have Headhunter,Netrunner,Shinobi,Solo,Engineer...I play with no mods and I have 12 points in body...Do I need to do anything specific to open the skill??

Doesn't exist. As far as I know, shotguns are related to Solo skill

Nope
And if I remember, it was a perk to unlock in Body attribute, not a skill like currently "Solo/Head hunter:..."
CDPR completely reworked the attirbute/perks and skill in 2.0+
