[BUG] Removing weather effects does not restore base damage to pre buffed card

Had several 3 power cards, frost was triggered putting them to 1. used an ability to turn them to gold, which added an extra 2 power per card, as per NR faction. All well and good so far. However, opponent used clear weather to remove the weather effect which, IMO should also have restored the cards to their base value and, added this onto the current value.

This really depends on whether Gold logic is working as intended or not:

Weather penalty reduces their power to 1.

Giving them Gold makes it so they are now immune to future Non-Gold effects. +2 power from Foltest.

However, because their power was at 1, they are only 3.

Clear Skies removes the weather penalty, but because Weather is a Non-Gold effect, the removal of the weather penalty is not applied to Gold.

I was thinking along the same lines but, if the weather effect is removed, the cards go back to their original value, if they have not been modified in any way.

It works as intended. If you read Clear skies effect clearly you will notice it resets the strengh of affected cards only.So a gold card is unaffected by the weather.
Making a card gold should not return it to its original value because that would deny buffs, and if it only takes debuffs into account there is a serious balance issue with that.
