[bug] Superior Moon Dust recipe

I looted the recipe for the Superior Moon Dust bomb from a hidden treasure cache off the east coast of Spiekeroog island in Skellige. When I go to the menu via backspace, it shows as the most recently acquired alchemy item. However, it fails to show up in the alchemy list when I open it up.

I've reloaded a few times and the same thing always happens.

I'm playing on the PC, running Windows 7. My CPU is an Intel i5-4690K, my GPU is a GTX 970 (driver version 352.86), and I have 8gb of RAM.

I looted the recipe for Superior Moon Dust from the Guarded Treasure north-east of the fast travel point Arette. I got the message that I had looted it, however it did not show up in the alchemy list.

I have patch 1.04 GOG version installed as well as the four GOG DLCs.

I am playing on a PC, running Windows 7 64-Bit. CPU: i5-4670K, GPU: Nvidia GTX 650 (drive 344.75), RAM:16 GB
