Can't access radio in V apartment after Act 2

2.1.1 says: "It will now be possible to properly interact with the radio in V's apartment in Megabuilding H10."

But it only works in Act 1, once Act 2 stars the controls are missing. A fix would be nice.

Only at the beginning of act 2. It will fix itself soon, I don't remember exactely when, but it will work again after a short time.

Yes, it fixed itself for me more or less shortly after the start of act 2. In two different playthroughs.
