where i live, there is only middle east copy for cyberpunk ps4. I play through a us account . so am is it gonna be uncensored or censored?

Take it with a grain of salt, I'm not sure, I can't verify and it could have changed since, but from what I understood, censorship is based on the account localization and not on the game itself/store.
Censorship switch on the PS4 version of cyberpunk is based on the account region
