1) A mod to kill the combat music. Seriously. Despite the glitches this game has the most immersion breaking thing in the whole game for me is the combat music. It's much louder than anything else in the game and just kills the flow completely.
2) More control over the radio stations. Either being able to mix and match the songs to a custom station, or the ability to use our own music as a radio station.
