Yeah, I've never played but I remember it from back in the day. If I'm right the actual Android: Netrunner card game is loosely based on it.
It was Netrunner which WotC originally published then Fantasy Flight Games picked it up and switched them name as Nomad Xenon said. There was another CCG called Cyberpunk, based on the RPG. I was part of a beta years back but don't think it saw the light of day. Can't recall the company who was publishing it.

it was short lived as the company imploded cira 2005. Peter Wacks was promising a 2020 supplement book he didn't have the rights to, they failed to pay their artists and printers for the work they had already done, and the CEO just vaped once they were headed for bankruptcy... plus there was some connection to blackhammer, so even more retroactive drama
