Crashing on start up after 20 hours of playing.

Downloaded PL the other day, was playing fine before then and fine afterwards after the first 2 hours into PL I shut the game down to get something to eat and it crashed with the whole flatline/send report message. However, I've not been able to get the game to boot back up at all. It crashes at the "Cyberpunk 2007" title screen every time. I have deleted user settings, updated GPU driver, verified and repaired game and nothing has worked. I don't know what caused this or why I can't fix it but any help would greatly be appreciated.

EDIT: Okay so finally got an error message rather than just the flatline/send report. This is the only game this is happening to.

As far as I know, it doesn't seem to be a common error
Important question : Do you use (or used) mods?

I do use mods, but the mods I've been using I've been using for 20 hours. I'm not on windows 11. I'll try a fresh install, since apparently theres no other option.
