Hi, after patch 1.2 I went on a Discount doc mission that it will be fixed. But I come and the villain is stuck in the car. The car is immortal and there is no way to interact with it. The negative is immortal even though he has a healthbar, so he will be restored as soon as he is paid. You can't talk to him and there's no other thing around that could move the mission.
