Does The Witcher 3 Game of the Year Edition have all dlcs?

Hi! I have questions when buying The Witcher 3 Game of the Year Edition. I bought The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. My question is: If I buy The game of the year edition will I have any other bonus besides "Blood and Wine" and " Hearts of Stone "? Please recommend me what to buy if I have The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Or just buy "Expansion Pass"?

The GOTY is just the base game + expansions (and the free DLC), and I think one additional feature (randomized main menu background).
I would get the Expansion Pass if I were you.
