Downloading Update for XBox One X

Good morning from Indonesia, Ladies and Gentleman!

Is it possible to download the patch 1.23 for XBox One X directly from a laptop/PC? So that I can install it later on the mentioned console.

I want to go straight and play it later after work hour is done - so it'd be convenient if I could start downloading the patch from my office, like, now...

Honestly, I'm not sure that's possible.
Remotely from another device (PC/smart phone), this is possible with the application. But the installation is still performed on the console.
