Hi CDPR,
Patch 1.5 introduced hardware accelerated variable rate shading (VRS) for PC; however, VRS for consoles does not exist. Is it possible to implement VRS for consoles? Xbox Series S|X has hardware level support and as per Dev talks from Microsoft -suggest, a 10-15% gpu performance bump. This would improve visual quality and game performance overall while also taking advantage of hardware specific features of the console. Since the PC version of the game is complied in D3D12 this shouldn't be much work as the PC and console api's are at parity, right?
