Fog with the new patch

now i have this annoying fog and ilumination issues, i feel like im playing a n64 game. My gpu drivers are updated, and i tried restarting the game several times, but still not working
specs: Ryzen 5 2600x, radeon rx590 fatboy, 16gb ram 3200mhz

Don't see anything wrong with the first and third screenshot? The second one is from a spot, where you do a gig for Wakako I think it was? This one had some illumination issues for me as well and not only during foggy weather.
