Fps drop in markets and Atrium

I've tried all possible ways to fix this issue, my fps seems to decrease when I look in a certain direction in Watson area and in V's apartment complex, help anyone?

PC spec:

2070 Navida RTX

Intel core i-7 10750H CPU @2.60Hz

16GB RAM

Frame drop since 1.6
FPS drops when opening map

Also latest Nvidia driver 522.25 seems to fix some performance issues but (at the moment) messes up your map.

Yeah im having issues atm with the new Nvidia update as it has bugged my map and character,
