After installing the ''Blood and Wine'' and ''Hearts of Stone'' dls, the FPS in the game dropped to 15

I recently bought these two dls for The Witcher on Steam. I downloaded them, but when I entered the game my laptop suddenly made a sudden noise and the FPS dropped to 10-15. I tried to update the Nvidia drivers but it didn't help, then I turned off dls in the Steam settings and for one day the whole game was without lags. However, the very next day, when I tried to enable the dls again, the FPS was still 15, before that it was stable at 60. Then I updated the Intel drivers, the image in the game improved a little. but the FPS itself did not increase.



I don't know what to do, I didn't find similar problems on the forum. So I'm asking for your help.



My laptop characteristics:

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H

Nvidia Geforce Rtx 3060

Not sure how it could be related to the expansions
First, do you use or ever used mods?
Then, be sure you tried everything suggested by the CDPR and if nothing work, send a ticket directly to the support ("contact us" button)
