Game keeps crashing on mission 'Knockin on Heavens door'. Tried everything

Default BIOS settings
Default GPU Settings
No Overclock
Uninstalled and reinstalled
Tried all graphics on low with no ray/path tracing
Tried with no programmes running in background
Started from much earlier mission and played on to Knockin on Heavens door, still crashes.

Specs
12900K
4090 RTX
32GB DDR5 5600Mhz (Tried with XMP and without XMP)


Every other save, every other mission works. I have not had a single crash through my entire play through, now no matter what I do, I crash on this specific mission regardless if I start it from a the latest save, or a much earlier save. I am out of ideas and I have sent the crash report every time.

The crash is random, happens when I rise to my feet after falling from the chopper, it crashes when I get to the elevator, it crashes when I leave my inventory, and most commonly, it just won't load my save at all and I am forced to try from a much earlier save anyway.

Maybe heaven just do not want Johnny to enter...

i dont think you can do anymore than waiting for support answer,
if you already have reported it several times...

It is a known bug by now and being investigated. Need to wait for a hotfix.

I guess I won't meet Hanako at Embers this weekend. lol. Been procrastinating on ending this playthrough for months. Now I have no choice but to wait longer. HA! TAKE THAT PORCELAIN BITCH!

But on a serious note, let us hope a hotfix is released sometime soon. I know not everyone is procrastinating like I am.
