Gwent Card Problem: illegal horn doubles

The Witcher 3 Gwent Card Problem:
For unknown reasons, sometimes the cards of this turn are doubled by the horn of the previous turn.
OS: windows 11 PC
Game version: latest 4.04

Additionally, I suggest adding opponent's avatar or portrait (recommend) in the Gwent Card user interface.
