Hard drives and CP 2077

Hi all

I have a few drives on my PC for stuff and I was wondering why CP 2077 starts them all spinning up before I start playing. I have my windows on an SSD and the game is on a different SSD yet the game starts up all my HDDs Both internal and external.

That's odd. I also have several drives but only the drive Cyberpunk 2077 is on is spun up, well actually it isn't since it is an NVMe SSD. Is this only happening for Cyberpunk 2077 or other games as well?

I suspect it tries to access them. I had micro-lag on every auto save until i disabled my backup HDD.

I doubt this is the game doing this, but rather the OS itself, which is why I asked if this only happens for Cyberpunk 2077 or other games as well.
