How do I see my support ticket?

I had posted a support ticket a few days ago and have received no notification. I'm assuming they are just busy but I can't find a place to view the ticket. I just want to see the ticket and make sure I filled it out correctly.
 
You cannot view your ticket, but you should have gotten an e-mail confirmation with the contents of the ticket included. This is the confirmation that the ticket has been received.

This thread is two years old. As far as I know, there is no automatic system currently implemented; I have not gotten such a response to tickets I've sent, just an email written by a member of Support after they have handled the ticket.
