OK, so this is twice now that I play vs NG and they leave Vattier as their last card and somehow manage to seize a locked unit even so. What's the deal here? The ability is order, so it cannot be used on the same turn. Is this some gameplay trick that I don't know, like "order units resolve immediately if it's the last card" or something? Or is it an exploit? Cuz both NG players who used this against me blatantly left Vattier as their last card, so they were clearly aware it would work this way. Is this a known thing? Some change in the patch?
