Is the latest update selective?

My game didn't update, it's still at 2.12. I don't use a Razor mouse, but surely that can't be the reason it didn't update? Checking for new updates shows no updates available either. On GOG Galaxy, the game will auto update as and when they are available.

Check the downloads section of GoG, I just looked and 2.12a is out, but for some reason it was a pending download scheduled for 15 April. But i was able to download it right away by clicking update.

It wasn't showing in check for updates but was in downloads just to be clear.

Edit: Also, I had automatically download latest updates enabled. so not sure why it didn't just update on its own.

When CDPR announced the patch, they said it wouldn't affect the Patch #.
