Seen that a few times. I have run into one or two enemies that can dodge ranged attacks like that in most groups, but the npc combat ai is not the best as those enemies seem to be store mannikins as far as melee combat is concerned.

yeah, I hope they improve the enemy AI, it's too easy, even for very hard difficulty, basically no chanllenge after level 12.
