Issue with My Rewards content not appearing

On the PS5 Digital GOTY edition, I was able to claim the armour sets as part of my rewards, however I cannot claim the Roach Gwent card. After I claimed the rewards from the chest, I played the standalone Gwent game to get the card. It does not show up no matter what I try. I understand the My Rewards section says it was "discontinued" at the end of last year, but I've seen other people say this is not true and they were still able to get it. However, as there seems no way for the game to know I played the mobile game since I can't link it, it's unavailable.

Looking for any potential fix, and if this is how it's meant to be then I'm left wondering why lock people who purchased the game later from a card, messing up a full collection someone wants to achieve, especially when the NPCs use said card to taunt me

Not sure but :
Any reason why "other people" say it's not true?
Then, did these "other people" claim the reward before or after it was discontinued?
If before, I guess, there is no issue to get the card now, because they claimed it when it was possible.

I've seen some people on reddit say they claimed the reward around February, a couple months after the supposed cutoff date.
