Just don't try to use it right now, you won't even be able to launch the game with patch 1.05 installed, wait till they release a new update for it, but Fling should do this quickly, if he didn't use parts of the console for his cheats, in this case, it could take awhile since they removed the debug console in the 1.05 version.

flingtrainer are always clean other than false alarm, always shared on trusted forums, they don't even redirect you to any page to download and straight from the website, unlses you're downloading from other place.
and for OP. the 1.04 trainer still works with the 1.05 game. was using it last night to find possible fix for the quickhacks craft bug.
