Lost of 500 scraps for 9 lvl rating
Dear support team,
My in game profile name is aspherical.
Possible bug/problem had happened after 17.02.2017
Introduction:
I had 1100 and something (may be 1110) Scraps in my hands(inventory/profile) when I hit 9 Rank and then received 500 bonus Scraps. I am sorry but I can not remember the exact amount of Scraps. When I quit the game I had 1610 (1110 previously owened + 500 bonus Scraps).
Sadly, next day (17.02.2017) I found out that I have only 1110 Scraps and 500 bonus for 9 Rating have disappeared. I am not sure what is a problem of it was it 17.02.2017 corrections or that I am below 2300 rating right now (but still 9 Rating).
Right now, when fer cards from kegs were milled I have 1305 Scraps.
Please investigate the problem and why did it occurred. If it possible I would like to have my 500 bonus Scraps back.
