Maelstrom Combat Music does not play during free fights with Maelstrom. But the system works fine for other gangs.

Let me explain the problem in more detail: When you get into a fight with even a few members of any other gang on the street while roaming freely, that gang's combat music immediately plays. However, the Maelstrom combat music only plays during Maelstrom-related missions, NCPD Scanner Hustles, or Regina Jones' side gigs. When you encounter them while roaming freely, the Maelstrom Combat music does not play. This is very annoying because it is my favorite gang combat music.

Please fix this issue.
