So, after the siege of Kaer Morhen we return to Novigrad and find Radovid's ship at the harbor and Redanian soldiers in the city. How Radovid pass the resistance of Dijkstra (I'm sure he'd put a lot of efforts), Cleaver and King of Beggars? Why they did nothing to hopple him?

I guess that Radovid found some backdoor to Novigrad, probably via connections to high-ranked clerics of Eternal Fire or/and hierarch himself, because he didn't need Whoreson Junior anymore. But it's still not clear how it happens - I was hoping that Dijkstra shed some light onto it.

P.S.: in 'Nilfgaard win' ending Empire take over Novigrad, but there are still Redanian soldiers in free-play. Too bad.

Actually, it's because Radovid explains that with Whoreson Junior's betrayal, the Alliance between the thieves is broken.

That's why they're so upset with him.

They couldn't repulse Radovid without all of them working together.

It's also why Radovid doesn't care if you kill Whoreson since he didn't need to kill the other crime bosses to "win." Just starting a war between them was enough.
