Missing "world stuff" when reloading

I've started having a problem where I can not reload from in-game, without half the world failing to load with it. It's missing objects, walls, floors, textures... anything really (except sky and moving cars)

I have to load from main menu every time now.

Maybe if it's not already done, you can try these steps :
- A clean reinstall of your drivers.

NVIDIA
I. Download the latest drivers using the following link: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
II. Download Display Driver Uninstaller and run it to remove previous versions of drivers.
III. Clean install drivers that you've downloaded in step 1.
AMD
I. Uninstall your graphics drivers using the AMD Cleanup Utility software.
II. Download and clean install the latest drivers from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support

- Verify integrity of the game cache as described here.
- Try reinstalling the game.
And above all, try on a brand new save in 1.31 (the problem could remain in an old save files).
If nothing work and if you don't use mods (and never used because mod bugs and datas could also remain in save/game files even if you have removed them), you can send a ticket to the Support for help.
