[MOD Help] Gwent Background Retexture

I am looking for the background image for Gwent in order to re-texture it. Problem is, I can't find it anywhere in my uncooked game.
Anyone have an idea where the textures are hiding?

I suspect this requires Lua,which is also used to extract icons, gwent cards etc.
