Easy, V destroyed Mikoshi, yes. But Yorinobu don't really care because he had pretty much the same goal (i.e sabotage Arasaka from within)
So he don't run after V, but it's also due to :
V is now the "boss" of the AfterLife (either Rogue die, either she let V take the lead and she retires, if V choose the suicide assault "Don't Fear The Reaper"), as Delamain say, V have now access at to unlimited founds and ressources (and all Rogue's contacts, infos, secrets,...)
