I recently started a new playthrough and saw that during the quest where Delamain escort you and Jackie to the Konpeki Plaza Del's radio is playing where before it wasn't (and you can't really hear the dialogues), same during Del's quest when the little flying bot shows you the garage music is coming out of it like it was a flying radio...
